More Frame Options
Mitered cabinet doors allow for frame profiles with curves, steps, raised details, rope, and more. More decorative profile options mean more beautiful cabinets.
Hardware Resources mitered joints have glue grooves on the tenon for stronger adhesion and pins in the corner for extra stability and strength. The glue makes the joint even stronger than a standard mortise and tenon joint. Pins are added on the back of the doors where each of the mortise and tenons connect. Pins protect the integrity of the corners and provide extra stability while the glue sets. Wide tenons provide increased surface area for the glue to adhere creating the strongest possible metered joints.
We manufacture under the tightest possible tolerances, +/- 1/32” as standard, making our doors and drawer fronts perfect for most applications.
FAS lumber and A-grade MDF-core plywood are used exclusively in all mitered door production. These are premium material grades that ensure the most consistent and highest quality product for every species.
Stress tests are performed routinely to ensure joint and glue integrity. Quality checkpoints are at every step of the manufacturing process. Each door is examined under crossflow inspection lights for final hand sanding before packing.
